Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The food is hit or miss; quite expensive for what you get."
"Bit off the beaten track in the far end of the university district, but great food and value for money. Typically around 60 euros for 2 people including wine dessert and coffee. We went at lunch, can't comment at night, but not a bad spot if you were going to the football later and wanted to get away from the tourist/football crowd. Lovely service as well"
"We tried small dishes and found them very good. Pulpas, as we expected, very delicious. Only the place needs a bit of updating."
"Local tapas bar with more formal restaurant out back. We ate tapas and they have EXCELLENT OCTOPUS as you'd expect from a place named Pulperia. Lived up to it's name. Very Friendly staff. We managed in our poor Spanish to communicate and they were very gracious. Caters to a local crowd of all ages."
"The food was authentic and delicious. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. If you want to try traditional local food come here"
